You might not of known that baking soda abrasive blasting can remove soot carbon and even some light charring from wood after a fire damage without further damaging the structure.  Our blasting with soda media technique is four times faster than hand sanding and brushing with leaving the wood with what can be best describes as a "like new" appearance.  The added bonus is the natural deodorization achieved while using this media.
