Fire at the College Rolla, MO
9/11/2017 (Permalink)
A cooling tower that had been shut down but power was still to it that caused this college to catch fire. There was not only fire damage, but water damage due to the local fire department putting the fire out. S&T College was out of session for winter break but the college kids were coming back in 3 weeks and needed a quick turn around so they could get back into that part of the building for class. SERVPRO of Rolla was called in to clean up the aftermath! There was a lot of damage, several levels affected, class rooms and offices affected. SERVPRO of Rolla called in the Disaster Recovery Team, Team Wolfe to come in and help. Team Wolfe was here right away and was ready to tackle this project, bringing in specialty equipment, which included the desiccant dehumidifier. The help from Team Wolfe was great and the turn around time was even better. College students were ready to begin class in just 3 weeks.
