Water Damage

This flooded house in Salem, MO was the result of a ice maker line that leaked for a week while no one was home. Notice the extent of water damage; the house was saturated and mold started growing quickly. SERVPRO of Rolla was called in to do remediation and dry out. The house was completely gutted from floors to ceilings. We had to do a pull packout of salvageable items and a list of non salvageable items. Both salvageable and non salvageable items were listed with pictures into our computers for the customer to have a list of all their belongings. The after picture was taken about a week after the incident. Our customer was thrilled with the process.
