This flooded basement in Dixon, MO was the result of a sewage back up. You can notice the extent of water damage; the water was about four inches deep through the unfinished basement. You can notice all of the customers belongings in the affected basement. SERVPRO of Rolla was called out on the job to clean up the mess and do a non salvage inventory list. Our team made sure to re-sure the customer that we would go through all her belongings with her, there was a lot of items, papers, pictures and other valuable items that meant a lot to her so we didn't just want to depose of things with out her being there.  Our customer was pleased with how patient our team was and how the process worked.
